Our Broker / Dealer & Registered Investment Adviser

WHAT IS A BROKER/DEALER–REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR?

A Broker/Dealer–RIA is a company that an investment professional affiliates with in order offer investment advice and financial planning services, and to buy and sell investment products on behalf of clients. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) supervises large Registered Investment Advisers directly and delegates the supervision of Broker/Dealers to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). When we implement a brokerage solution for our clients, we do so through our relationship with our broker/dealer.  When we provide financial planning and investment advice, we do so through our relationship with a Registered Investment Adviser.  In order to provide investment advice or access to any security for investment, a financial professional MUST be affiiated with either a Broker/Dealer or a Registered Investment Adviser.  At the Lunin-Pack Financial Group, we have chosen to maintain dual affiliation with both a Registered Investment Adviser and a Broker/Dealer in order to have acces to the widest possible universe of potential solutions for our cients.
